Not only do Original Beans chocolates benefit the environment, but so does their surroundings. After developing the industry’s first garden compostable packaging in 2012, the first chocolate couverture bag made from wood fibers followed in 2020. Today, 95 % of all OBC packaging is compostable or biodegradable. As compost, they regenerate carbon in soils and become food for their organisms.
